Yes — 2026 parameters, updated January 15, 2026. Kevly uses the factors published annually by Quebec's Tribunal administratif du logement (TAL); taxes and insurance are automatically imported from your expenses. Result provided for information only; consult the TAL for specific situations.
Yes. Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS) and the database is encrypted at rest by our host, Supabase, in the United States; the app is served by Vercel. Each account sees only its own data, and we follow Quebec's Law 25. You keep ownership of your data and can export it at any time.
Not for now. Kevly is built for Quebec buildings: its notices, deadlines and rent increase calculator follow the rules of Quebec's Tribunal administratif du logement.
Yes, on every plan. Invite them as a collaborator with the Observer role: they see reports and expenses, and can export them, without being able to change anything. Up to 5 collaborators per account.
Yes, no commitment. Cancel from your profile at any time. After cancelling, you keep access to your data: read-only beyond the free plan, with export (Excel or full archive) for as long as the account exists. You can delete your account and all its data at any time.
Your data belongs to you and is never held hostage. A full export is available at any time from your settings, in a standard format any spreadsheet or competing software can read. You need neither our permission nor our existence to get your work back.
Kevly Mobile is coming soon to iOS and Android: dashboard, rent, tenants, maintenance and communications, for on-site management. It will be included in every plan, with the same account. Until then, Kevly works in your phone's browser.
